adobo

Ingredients:

  • 1kg chicken
  • Soy Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • black pepper
  • 3 cloves of Garlic

Instructions

  • In a bowl add all the ingredients together
    • 1kg chicken
    • bay leaf
    • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Add half a cup of Vinigar and soysauce
  • Marinate for 30 mins
  • Put in a pot and cook for high heat until it boils
  • Boil for 10 mins
  • Lower the heat to a simmer and leave it for 2hr
  • Mix occasionally
